EXCHANGE POLICY For Online Purchase at Charlotte Dance Studio (CDS)
- Return within 30 days of receiving the Product(s) ordered from CDS online store.
- Product(s) can be returned for exchange, provided the Product(s) is returned in new and original condition with original product packaging, price tags and labels.
- For exchanges to product(s) of equivalent or lower price, no refunds will be given.
- For exchanges to product(s) of a higher price, the Customer will be required to pay the difference.
- If the Product(s) has been discounted either by promotion or coupon codes, the amount for exchange will be based on the net amount i.e. paid price for the Product(s) less the coupon amount as indicated on the receipt. Delivery charges paid in the original order are non-refundable.
- Product(s) sold at mark down prices due to defect cannot be returned.
- Please note that we will not accept:
~Products that are deemed to be damaged on purpose or not properly maintained.
~Products used outside of their intended means.
~Products subject to normal wear and tear.
- Return of Product(s) maybe made either by post or in CDS studio for an exchange.
- The Customer will be responsible for the shipping costs of Product(s) returned by post. The transfer of title and risk of the Product(s) will remain with the Customer until the Product(s) have reached CDS.
- The Customer must package the item carefully.
- In the event the Product(s) is not eligible for an exchange, CDS may send the Product(s) back to the Customer at the Customer’s cost and/or refuse to provide a return.
- Product(s) which is eligible for an exchange will be processed within fourteen (14) to twenty (20) days after CDS receives it.
- CDS reserves the right for final decision.
- CDS reserves the right to amend this policy at any time without prior notice.
